Super inspiring read! I have been feeling in a bit of a rut lately and this is exactly what I needed to kick my own butt back into action. I can always tell when I am falling off the right path. When the daily meditation is ‘too long’ and ‘I don’t have the time,’ when I start skipping gym days, when I am scrolling on my phone, until my thumb hurts from the repetitive motion. I want to start unplugging more. I want to live an authentic life, not some of the time or most of the time, but all of the time. I need to make sure that everyday, I spend that first hour doing me. Doing the meditation, journaling, gratitude list, and owning my day. I have never done evening writing, but I am now going to add that to my list of life because you had some strong arguments for it.

I always have justified falling off the right path because I get so much done, but falling off the path simply hurts me. What I need to do is less and respect my body, when it needs a break. Instead of whittling myself down, until I am toothpick thin, I need to make the time for a break often and regularly.

I hope to read this article again, in thirty days, from a much more positive mindset.
