Really interesting article. I have been thinking, for far too long, about incorporating vegan days into my diet and I think I shall, after reading your article. I grew up with two parents who were both vegetarians, for almost and decade, but the skills they taught me seem so long ago.

There are those days though, when I look at a slab of meat and think to myself, “That does not look appealing at all, am I actually going to ingest that?”

I think adding a day or two into my week is a great way to start reflecting on how it makes me feel. My partner is a huge meat eater and quite proud of it, but I know he will be curious to join me on this journey.
