Melody, your article resonated with me so much. I just finished a Master’s course in Existential Education, focusing on Terror Management Theory. I was amazed to see how so much of what we do it motivated by our fear of death. I just downloaded an app, which I think you might appreciate, it is called We Croak, which is meant to make one find happiness through the daily reminder of death.

Death is not scary because no one lives to tell us whether it is scary or glorifying. What I think is truly scary is living a life not worth dying for.

We do not have forever and death is not a bad thing, it is an action we will all face and hopefully, when we face it, we are fulfilled with our actions of life.
