I really appreciate this article. I’m really trying to remove my self loathing tendencies because they absolve me from focusing on my true wants. I no longer want to be a slave to a rest day, which is never truly a rest day. I’m questioning what I turn to, when I am feeling down and why. I am going to read your article, the next time I am feeling down and challenge myself to meditate, practice yoga and not wallow in the relief of lazy.
