I have been actively working on decreasing the ‘stuff’ in my house and this article called out to me. We have too much stuff and the stuff we see daily causes us anxiety. I am with you; I am getting rid of ‘stuff’ daily. I haven’t used something in the last year, it is going in the bin. If I have not worn something in over a year, I am giving it away to Good Will. I am done keep crap in my life!
