Great article and I am so glad you provided so many resources. It is super tough to determine how healthy these trending diets are, but I have heard a lot of positive remarks regarding fasting.

I completely can see the value in not eating as many meals because you are not losing time eating. I completely agree with you about not eating lunch until later in the afternoon because I am much slower after a lunch. I tend to take a smoothie for breakfast, so that I can drink and work.

I am glad you addressed nutrition intake too because I am sure it is pretty easy on a fasting diet to not get all the necessary vitamins in a day. I will definitely do some more research and maybe try it out.
